About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our growing virtual practice. In this full-time remote position, you will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, evidence-based therapy (including CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic approaches), and crisis intervention to clients across California. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, accessible mental health care from the comfort of your home office. This role offers the flexibility to set your own schedule within core hours, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance while making a significant difference.

Requirements

• Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
• Current California Clinical Psychologist License (or ability to obtain one within 90 days)
• 2+ years of post-doctoral experience providing direct clinical care to adults and/or adolescents
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in conducting psychological assessments and interpreting results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse clients
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace for virtual sessions
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
