Core Responsibilities

  • Vision & Strategy: Translate the high-level market opportunity into a detailed, actionable business plan, including go-to-market strategy, financial projections, and key milestone roadmap.
  • Product Genesis: Lead the discovery and development of the MVP. Work intimately with an initial engineering team (or outsourced partners) to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the product solves a critical, monetizable pain point.
  • Early Validation & Sales: Conduct relentless customer discovery, secure 10-20 pilot customers or beta users, and generate initial revenue. You will be the first and most effective salesperson.
  • Team Building: Recruit the first 5-10 employees—likely a technical co-founder/lead, a designer, and early operators. You will set the cultural tone and attract talent with the vision.
  • Fundraising Narrative: Craft and own the story for future Seed and Series A rounds, backed by tangible traction and metrics.
