Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual one-on-one and small group sessions focused on individualized support plans (ISPs).

• Collaborate with families, case managers, and other support team members via virtual meetings and documentation.

Required Qualifications

Salary Range

$35,000 – $50,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location differentials. Pay is issued via direct deposit on a bi-weekly schedule.
