Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for new construction and renovation projects based on blueprints, specifications, and market data.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to understand project scope and requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or similar role within the construction industry.

• Ability to analyze blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications accurately.
