About the Role & Impact

You will become a pivotal member of our 24/7 virtual radiology team, providing preliminary and final reads for emergency departments, urgent care centers, and primary care clinics across a multi-state network. Utilizing our secure, high-performance PACS and advanced AI-assisted tools, you will diagnose a wide range of modalities including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and X-ray. Your reports directly guide critical treatment decisions, and you’ll have direct, asynchronous communication channels with ordering physicians for complex cases.

Your Daily Experience

• Full Remote Autonomy: Design your workday around your life. Choose from day, evening, or weekend shifts with guaranteed minimum hour blocks.

Requirements & Qualifications

We seek a board-certified, experienced radiologist who thrives in a remote, tech-forward setting. The ideal candidate is meticulous, communicative, and passionate about leveraging technology to enhance diagnostic workflows.

Must-Have Credentials

• Active, unrestricted Medical License in at least one U.S. state (ability and willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed; we provide financial and administrative support).
• Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR, AOBR, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical radiology experience.
• Proficient in all core modalities (CT, MRI, US, DX). Subspecialty expertise (e.g., Neuroradiology, MSK) is a strong plus.

Technical & Soft Skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a home office with a secure, high-speed internet connection (>100 Mbps).
• Experience with various PACS systems; quick learner of new software.
• Excellent written communication for clear, concise reporting.
• Strong time management and ability to maintain high productivity in a remote setting.

Compensation & Benefits Package

We compensate competitively and transparently, recognizing the immense value you provide. Your earnings are directly tied to your productivity and experience, with a robust base guarantee.

Salary Range

$350,000 – $480,000 USD/year (Based on a full-time equivalent of 40-50 hours/week. Compensation is a productivity-based model with a significant base draw against RVUs. High performers exceed this range.)
