Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient interviews, perform focused physical exams (using patient-reported findings and peripheral devices when applicable), and formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and manage treatment plans, including pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests (labs, imaging).
• Provide patient education, counseling, and preventive health services.
• Document all encounters thoroughly and efficiently in the electronic health record.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Adhere strictly to all telehealth regulations, privacy laws (HIPAA), and prescribing guidelines.

Requirements

We are looking for a clinician who combines excellent medical judgment with outstanding communication skills for the virtual environment.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Physician Assistant license in good standing with the state medical board. Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.
• Graduation from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
• National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine.
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology, including video conferencing platforms and EHR systems.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for empathetic virtual interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior telehealth or remote patient care experience.
• Experience with chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, etc.).
• Familiarity with integrated behavioral health models.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

$95,000 – $125,000 USD per year
Compensation is commensurate with experience, licensure, and clinical productivity. A comprehensive bonus structure based on quality metrics and productivity is available.
