Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Direct all phases of electrical construction projects (typically $5M – $50M), developing master schedules, budgets, and resource plans in tools like Procore or Bluebeam.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers. Lead virtual kick-offs, progress meetings, and close-out presentations to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Team Coordination & Safety: Manage remote and field teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Enforce a zero-tolerance safety culture through rigorous virtual audits and pre-task planning.
• Financial Control: Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and forecast profitability. Ensure timely billing and client payments.
• Quality Assurance: Implement QA/QC protocols and review technical submittals, ensuring all work complies with NEC, NFPA 70E, and local codes.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction management, with at least 4 years in a dedicated Project Manager role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale commercial/industrial electrical projects from conception to completion.
• Mastery of project management software (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in reading and creating electrical drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for virtual leadership.
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification is a strong plus.

Salary & Compensation

We offer a highly competitive salary commensurate with experience and project scale. For this senior-level remote position, the anticipated base salary range is $90,000 – $130,000 USD annually.
