Key Responsibilities

Conduct Comprehensive Screenings

• Verify employment history, education credentials, professional licenses, and certifications.

• Conduct tactful and thorough personal and professional reference interviews.
• Review credit history (as applicable and permissible) for specific financial roles.
• Validate social security numbers and trace previous addresses.

Analyze & Report

• Evaluate all gathered data for consistency, red flags, and material discrepancies.
• Prepare clear, concise, and well-documented investigative reports for client review.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and case details.
• Manage your workload and case deadlines efficiently within our cloud-based case management system.

What We Require

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of equivalent professional experience in investigation, HR, compliance, or related field.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
