About the Role

What You’ll Do

You will serve as a remote electrical systems expert, utilizing video conferencing, detailed schematics, and client interviews to diagnose faults, design solutions, and guide on-site technicians or clients through repairs. Your expertise will be critical for emergency troubleshooting, pre-project planning, and quality assurance for large-scale commercial, industrial, and high-end residential installations nationwide.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in reading blueprints, single-line diagrams, and NEC codebooks.
• Own a high-speed internet connection, a dedicated quiet workspace, and a reliable computer with webcam.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-experts.
