About the Role

As our Remote Director of Clinical Services, you will be the strategic architect and operational leader for clinical operations. You will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical programs, policies, and procedures across our expanding telehealth network. Your expertise will be pivotal in setting clinical standards, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the clinical strategy aligned with organizational goals and market needs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed team of clinical managers and care coordinators.
• Establish and maintain clinical quality assurance and performance improvement programs.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols, guidelines, and best practices for telehealth services.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and accreditation standards (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission).
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and operations to integrate clinical workflows with technology platforms.
• Analyze clinical data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent clinical services in cross-functional leadership meetings and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, including 3-5 years in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Proven track record in developing and managing clinical programs in a telehealth or virtual care setting.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, etc.) and quality improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on remote team management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data analytics tools for clinical decision-making.
• Current RN license (or equivalent) in the state of residence.
