About the Role: The Remote Guardian of Cleanliness

Your mission is to guarantee that every client site under your portfolio meets and exceeds our rigorous cleanliness and safety protocols. You will leverage technology to schedule teams, conduct virtual quality audits via photo and video submissions, manage supply logistics, and serve as the primary point of contact for site managers. It’s a dynamic mix of logistics, customer service, and quality assurance, all executed from your dedicated home office. You will directly impact the well-being of building occupants by preventing the spread of germs and ensuring pristine, welcoming spaces.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

• Remote Team Coordination: Daily scheduling and dispatching of local janitorial crews using workforce management software.
• Virtual Quality Assurance: Reviewing photographic evidence and detailed checklists from field technicians to validate cleaning completion against site-specific standards.
• Client Communication: Proactively emailing and calling site managers to confirm satisfaction, address concerns, and build strong partnerships.
• Supply Chain Management: Monitoring inventory levels for assigned sites and placing remote orders for cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Reporting & Documentation: Generating daily and weekly performance reports, documenting issues, and maintaining impeccable digital records in our cloud-based systems.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Unwavering attention to detail and a deep understanding of commercial cleaning standards (OSHA, ISSA, etc.).

Salary Range:

$48,000 – $62,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and performance. Pay is issued via direct deposit bi-weekly.
