About the Role

As a Remote Janitor and Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients’ spaces are spotless, sanitized, and well-maintained. While this is a remote position, you will be assigned to various locations throughout Florida, where you will perform cleaning duties according to established standards and schedules. Your work will directly impact the health, safety, and satisfaction of our clients and their visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment properly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites in Florida
• Ability to pass a background check

Salary Range

The salary for this position ranges from $25,000 to $35,000 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer performance-based bonuses and opportunities for advancement.
