About the Role

As a Remote Janitor and Cleaner with GreenClean Solutions, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation for our valued clients. This involves a comprehensive range of tasks including thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas; emptying trash and recycling; restocking supplies; and performing deep cleaning duties as required. Your primary goal is to ensure every space you service is impeccably clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll work independently, managing your own schedule within agreed-upon time frames, and communicate effectively with our client liaison team to address any specific needs or feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Janitor, Cleaner, or similar role (minimum 1 year)
• Strong knowledge of effective cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols
• Reliable transportation to local supply stores (if needed) and a dedicated workspace at home
• Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
• Florida residents preferred (remote work opportunity)
