As our IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring that our technology systems align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

You will develop and implement IT strategies that support our organizational goals, manage the IT budget, and ensure the security and integrity of our data systems. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for vendor management, IT project leadership, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the IT department. Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of progressive IT management experience. You should demonstrate expertise in network administration, cybersecurity protocols, and cloud infrastructure management. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience in remote team management, familiarity with agile methodologies, and a proven track record of implementing successful digital transformation initiatives. Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms is highly desirable, as is familiarity with ITIL best practices and project management methodologies.

Salary Range

$85,000 – $120,000 USD/year + benefits
