About the Role

As a Remote Insurance Agent, you will be the trusted advisor clients turn to when protecting their most valuable assets—their health, family, and future. Operating entirely from your home office, you’ll leverage our proprietary systems and lead sources to connect with prospects, assess their unique needs, and recommend tailored insurance solutions, including life, health, disability, and annuities. This isn’t a cold-call sweatshop; it’s a consultative role where your expertise and integrity build long-lasting relationships and recurring revenue.

What You’ll Do Daily

  • Conduct virtual consultations via video call and phone to understand clients’ financial goals and risks.

Requirements

We seek proactive, licensed professionals who excel in a self-directed environment. The ideal candidate is:

  • Holds an active Life & Health insurance license in your resident state (or is committed to obtaining one within 90 days of hire; we provide licensing reimbursement).
  • Has 1+ years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a consultative customer service role (recent graduates with relevant internships will be considered).
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Is tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software, video conferencing tools, and digital applications.
  • Possesses a reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet dedicated workspace, and self-discipline to manage a flexible schedule.

Salary Range & Earning Potential

Base salary of $45,000 – $65,000 USD/year plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. Our top-performing agents consistently earn $80,000 – $120,000+ annually based on production. You’ll receive a draw against future commissions during your initial ramp-up period to ensure financial stability as you build your book of business.
