About the Role

We’re seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Insurance Agents. In this fully remote position, you’ll be the trusted advisor helping clients navigate their insurance options and protect what matters most to them. Salary Range

$45,000 – $85,000 USD/year + Commission. Our top performers regularly exceed $100,000 annually through our competitive commission structure and bonus opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and digital outreach
• Complete insurance applications and ensure all documentation is accurate
• Stay current with industry trends and product offerings
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Valid state insurance license or willingness to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficient with technology and digital tools

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
