About the Role

We are seeking empathetic and tech-savvy individuals to serve as the primary remote support system for our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily virtual wellness check-ins with clients via video or phone call.
• Maintain and update digital care plans and client logs in our secure system.
• Coordinate with family members, nurses, and therapists to ensure seamless care.
• Provide companionship and mental stimulation through conversation and activities.
• Assist with basic health monitoring (e.g., reminding of medications, noting symptoms).
• Help clients with light virtual administrative tasks like appointment scheduling.
• Identify and report any changes in client condition or needs immediately.

Requirements

We need dedicated professionals who can thrive in a remote setting. The ideal candidate is a certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with at least 6 months of experience, but we will consider motivated individuals with equivalent caregiving experience and a willingness to obtain certification. You must be a resident of the United States.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; further healthcare education a plus.
• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving or home health experience.
• Proficiency with computers, video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams), and basic software.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, private workspace.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in fair compensation for the vital work you do. This is a full-time, exempt position.

Salary Range

$38,000 – $52,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and certification. You will also be eligible for a performance-based bonus quarterly.
