Join a premier national freight carrier as a professional CDL-A driver and enjoy true career autonomy. This 100% remote position offers exceptional earning potential, flexible scheduling options, and the independence of the open road, all with the backing of a stable, safety-first company. If you’re an experienced driver seeking better pay and predictability, your search ends here.

About the Role

As a Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver, you are the critical link in our supply chain, responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transport of freight across the continental United States. This is a classic over-the-road (OTR) role where you operate as an independent contractor from your home base. You will be assigned dedicated or regional lanes that maximize your home time potential while ensuring consistent loads. Your primary mission is to deliver freight in pristine condition, adhering to all DOT regulations and company protocols. We provide the modern equipment, 24/7 dispatch support, and competitive load planning; you provide the skill and professionalism.

Core Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 53′ tractor-trailer for long-haul freight transport.
  • Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and en-route vehicle inspections (DVIRs).
  • Secure and tarp loads as necessary, ensuring freight integrity.
  • Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and all required transportation documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatchers, shippers, and receivers.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.

What We Offer: The Driver-Centric Advantage

We believe great drivers deserve a great package. Our compensation and benefits are designed to reward your expertise and dedication, putting more money in your pocket and support in your corner.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Forget unpredictable rates. Our drivers earn a transparent, competitive percentage of the load revenue or a competitive flat rate per mile, significantly above industry averages. Your income scales with experience, safety record, and lane choice.

Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 – $75,000+ USD/Year
*Based on a 40-50 hour work week and typical regional/long-haul assignments. Top performers in dedicated lanes regularly exceed $75,000 annually. Exact earnings depend on miles run, experience, and selected pay package.

Top-Tier Benefits Package

  • Health & Wellness: Multiple medical, dental, and vision insurance plans available after 30 days.
  • Retirement Security: 401(k) plan with company match to help you build your future.
  • Paid Time Off: Generous vacation and sick leave policies.
  • Home Time: Predictable scheduling with options for weekly or bi-weekly home time to suit your lifestyle.
  • Equipment: Drive late-model, well-maintained tractors and trailers. Most are equipped with premium comfort features.
  • Support: 24/7 driver and road support team, plus fuel and maintenance cards.
  • Bonuses: Opportunities for safety, performance, and referral bonuses.

Requirements: Are You the Professional Driver We Need?
