About the Role

Our organization is seeking a detail‑oriented Health IT Specialist to lead the integration of electronic health record (EHR) platforms, telehealth solutions, and data analytics tools. Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain EHR and health information exchange (HIE) systems to meet clinical workflow requirements.
Conduct system upgrades, patches, and security audits to protect patient data and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Develop and deliver training programs that empower clinicians and staff to effectively utilize health IT tools.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Support troubleshooting efforts, providing timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted service for healthcare providers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and supporting health IT systems in a clinical environment.
Proficiency with major EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH.

Education & Experience

Candidates should hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and have a proven track record of successful health IT project deliveries.
