- Configure, test, and deploy software updates and new modules in clinical environments.

- Develop and deliver end-user training materials and sessions for clinical and administrative staff.
- Assist with data migration, validation, and reporting for system implementations.
- Ensure all system configurations comply with healthcare regulations like HIPAA and MACRA.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical system outages, with remote resolution capabilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
We need a proactive problem-solver with a strong foundation in both IT infrastructure and healthcare workflows.

- Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations, particularly HIPAA Security Rule.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for software, database, and network-related issues.
- Superb communication skills—ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clinical users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Attributes
- Certifications such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) or Epic/Cerner certification.
