About the Role

As our General Manager, you will be the ultimate entrepreneur within our organization. You will have full P&L responsibility for a key business unit, driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and cultivating a world-class team culture. You will report directly to the executive team and will be the primary architect of your unit’s success, setting quarterly and annual goals, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer and employee satisfaction. Key Leadership Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to exceed revenue, profit, and growth targets.
• Oversee all daily operations, including sales, marketing, service delivery, and finance, ensuring seamless流程.

• Manage multi-million dollar P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Requirements & Experience

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. MBA is a strong plus.
• 7+ years of progressive management experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager, VP of Operations, or similar P&L-leading role.
• Demonstrated history of scaling businesses, improving profitability, and leading successful organizational change.
• Expert-level proficiency in financial acumen—budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial statements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire remotely.
• Proven ability to build and develop teams, with a focus on coaching and career progression.
• Tech-savvy with mastery of collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana, etc.) and CRM/ERP software.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:

$110,000 – $160,000 USD/Year (Base salary is commensurate with experience and location-independent). Additionally, you will be eligible for a substantial annual performance bonus (target 20-30% of base) and a long-term equity/stock option grant, aligning your success directly with the company’s.
