About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute the annual business plan and budget for your business unit.
• Lead and mentor department heads (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support) to achieve synergistic goals.
• Drive operational excellence by analyzing processes, implementing systems, and improving efficiency.
• Oversee customer experience metrics and implement strategies to boost retention and loyalty.
• Analyze financial data, market trends, and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and pivot strategies.
• Foster a strong, positive, and accountable remote-first company culture across all teams.
• Manage high-level stakeholder relationships, including key clients and partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive management experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager, VP of Operations, or similar senior leadership role.

• Financial Acumen: Expert-level experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You speak fluently in terms of revenue, margin, and ROI.

Salary Range

The base salary for this Remote General Manager position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The estimated range is $110,000 – $160,000 USD per year. This role also includes a substantial performance-based bonus and an equity component, creating a strong total compensation opportunity for the right leader.
