Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine operational policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead and mentor department heads and team leads, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance remote culture.
• Oversee budget management, financial reporting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and strategic investment.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for innovation; present insights and actionable plans to executive leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party service integrations to ensure quality and value.
• Champion customer experience by ensuring all operational touchpoints meet or exceed quality standards and service level agreements.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant industry regulations, employment laws, and data security protocols within a distributed workforce.
• Spearhead change management initiatives, clearly communicating updates and training teams on new systems or processes.

Essential Qualifications
