About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General and Operations Manager to oversee our company’s operational activities and ensure seamless execution of business strategies. What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and company objectives
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and operations
• Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, general management, or a related leadership role
• Proven track record of optimizing business processes and driving operational efficiency
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience managing remote teams and working in a distributed work environment
• Solid understanding of budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency with project management tools and productivity software
• Track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus but not required
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Management are advantageous
