About the Role

As a Fundraising Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing our organization’s mission by developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies. What You’ll Do

• Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundation partners
• Develop and implement strategic fundraising campaigns that align with organizational goals
• Create compelling proposals, presentations, and donor communications that inspire generosity
• Track and analyze fundraising metrics to optimize performance and report on ROI
• Plan and execute donor appreciation events, virtual galas, and community fundraising initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance our fundraising messaging
• Research new funding opportunities and grant possibilities to diversify revenue streams

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, or related sales/marketing roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive narratives
• Experience with donor management systems (Salesforce, Blackbaud, or similar platforms)
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding fundraising targets and goals
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred

Salary Range

The starting annual compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 – $70,000 USD, plus uncapped commission potential. Final salary depends on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated success in fundraising metrics.
