About the Role & Your Impact

You will be a core engineer on our product squad, taking ownership of features from conception and prototyping to deployment and monitoring. We operate in agile, two-week sprints, emphasizing clean code, comprehensive testing, and iterative improvement. You’ll work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to translate business problems into elegant, scalable technical solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using our primary stack: React (TypeScript) on the frontend and Node.js/Express on the backend.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL.
• Build and integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Implement robust security practices and ensure application performance and scalability.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain high code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to technical documentation and best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

• Strong understanding of SQL and database design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including deployment and infrastructure-as-code basics.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for effective asynchronous and synchronous collaboration.

Bonus Points

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of GraphQL or WebSockets.
• Background in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range
