What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the company’s founding strategy and long-term roadmap
• Build and lead a world-class team from the ground up
• Secure seed funding and establish investor relationships

• Establish brand identity, culture, and operational processes
• Lead board meetings and communicate with stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven track record of launching and scaling ventures or significant initiatives

• Experience securing funding or managing investor relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strategic mindset with comfort making decisions with incomplete information
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Ability to work remotely and manage distributed teams effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
