Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, capital structure, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity and support expansion.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business health and operational efficiency.
• Build, mentor, and lead a small remote finance team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards, managing internal controls and audit processes.
