About the Role & Our Mission

As a Remote Field Marketing Representative, you will be the on-the-ground champion for our brand in your assigned territory. You will plan and execute a diverse mix of marketing activities, from pop-up events and experiential activations to local partnerships and grassroots campaigns. This isn’t a desk job; it’s a field-based role where you’ll be the face of our company in your community, driving awareness, engagement, and sales-ready leads. You’ll report to the Director of Field Marketing and collaborate closely with the national marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Activation Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute 15-20 local marketing events per quarter (e.g., trade shows, community events, pop-up shops, sampling campaigns).
  • Manage all logistical details: venue booking, vendor coordination, material inventory, and on-site team leadership (including hiring/training of event staff when needed).
  • Ensure flawless brand representation and a premium attendee experience at every activation.

Local Market Development & Partnerships

  • Identify and secure strategic local partnerships with complementary businesses, community organizations, and influencers to amplify our reach.
  • Develop and manage a local marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide insightful local market feedback to the central marketing team.

Lead Generation & Reporting

  • Capture and qualify leads at events using digital tools (tablets, QR codes) and follow best-practice data entry protocols.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (leads generated, cost-per-lead, attendance, sales pipeline influence) using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on territory activity, results, and market insights.

What You Bring (Requirements)

Essential Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of proven experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing, preferably in a B2C or B2B retail environment.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing events from conception to post-event analysis, with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation goals.
  • Excellent project management skills: ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; charismatic, approachable, and professional presence.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with event management software (e.g., Eventsforce, Bizzabo) is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for local travel to event sites (mileage reimbursed).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $48,000 – $62,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and territory size. This role includes an uncapped monthly performance bonus based on qualified leads and event ROI, with on-target earnings (OTE) potential of $60,000 – $78,000+.
