You’ll be responsible for initial client video consultations, detailed pre-visit diagnostics, precise quoting via our system, and executing high-quality residential and light-commercial electrical work. Success means building a loyal client portfolio in your region while enjoying a schedule you design, free from a central shop.

A Day in the Life of a Remote Electrician

• Morning Briefing (Remote): Review your daily schedule and client diagnostics on your tablet from home. Prioritize jobs and plan efficient travel routes.
• Client Consultations: Conduct video calls to understand issues, review panels, and provide accurate initial assessments before you arrive.
• On-Site Execution: Perform a range of services from panel upgrades and troubleshooting to lighting installations and code corrections with precision and professionalism.
• Digital Paperwork: Complete all invoices, reports, and parts orders instantly on our mobile app—no late-night admin at the shop.
• End of Day: Log off from your home office. Your workday is done.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

$55,000 – $75,000 USD/Year (Base + Commission). Top performers, especially those with niche certifications (e.g., EV charger, solar prep) and in high-demand regions, consistently earn $80,000+. Your income is directly tied to your efficiency, expertise, and client satisfaction scores.

Requirements for the Remote Electrician

Mandatory Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Electrician License in your state of residence.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential and/or light-commercial electrical experience.
