What You’ll Do: Core Responsibilities

Technical Analysis & Design

Ensure all designs comply with the latest NEC and local codes.

Expert Troubleshooting & Support

Serve as the primary escalation point for our field technicians. Diagnose complex faults, system failures, and design flaws via video calls, photo analysis, and data logs. Provide step-by-step repair instructions, safety protocols, and alternative solutions in real-time.

Client Consultation & Reporting

Conduct virtual client meetings to discuss project scope, code requirements, and technical options. Generate detailed reports, proposals, and compliance documentation. Translate technical jargon into clear, actionable advice for both clients and project managers.

Mentorship & Quality Control
