Take control of your career and your calendar as an Electrical Project Manager working fully remote for a fast-growing infrastructure firm. If you thrive managing complex electrical systems, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and under budget — this is your opportunity to do it from anywhere in the world.

About the Role

You’ll be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and industrial electrical projects spanning energy efficiency upgrades, renewable energy integrations, and smart building systems. You’ll collaborate directly with engineers, contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies — all while managing timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation from your home office. No daily commute. No office politics. Just meaningful work that powers real-world innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end electrical project lifecycles from proposal to commissioning
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and utility providers to ensure code compliance and seamless integration
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
  • Prepare and present client reports, progress updates, and final documentation
  • Ensure all work adheres to NEC, OSHA, and local electrical safety standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing electrical construction or renovation projects
  • Strong familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar project management tools
  • Valid PE license or equivalent certification preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders
  • Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace

Salary Range

$75,000 – $110,000 USD/year — commensurate with experience, certifications, and project scale. Top performers may qualify for performance bonuses and long-term project incentives.

Benefits

  • 100% Remote Work — Set your own schedule within core collaboration hours
  • Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Coverage
  • 401(k) with 5% company match
  • Unlimited PTO + 10 paid company holidays
  • Professional Development Stipend ($2,500/year for courses, certifications, conferences)
  • Home Office Setup Allowance ($1,000 one-time reimbursement)
  • Annual Team Retreats (optional, fully paid — past locations include Costa Rica, Asheville, and Barcelona)

Who You Are

You’re a solutions-oriented leader who doesn’t wait for instructions — you anticipate needs, solve problems before they escalate, and inspire teams without micromanaging. You take pride in precision, safety, and accountability. You don’t need an office to stay connected; you thrive on clarity, trust, and results. You’re tired of rigid 9-to-5 culture and ready to build a career that respects your time, talent, and freedom.
