About the Role

You’ll be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and industrial electrical projects spanning energy efficiency upgrades, renewable energy integrations, and smart building systems. You’ll collaborate directly with engineers, contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies — all while managing timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation from your home office. No daily commute. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end electrical project lifecycles from proposal to commissioning
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and utility providers to ensure code compliance and seamless integration
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and present client reports, progress updates, and final documentation
• Ensure all work adheres to NEC, OSHA, and local electrical safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience managing electrical construction or renovation projects
• Strong familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar project management tools
• Valid PE license or equivalent certification preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders

Salary Range

$75,000 – $110,000 USD/year — commensurate with experience, certifications, and project scale. Top performers may qualify for performance bonuses and long-term project incentives.
