About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex electrical engineering projects for our national client base. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and subcontractors across multiple time zones. You will be responsible for ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards, while driving continuous improvement and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with design engineers, construction crews, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Prepare status reports and present progress updates to senior leadership and clients.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience in electrical construction or manufacturing. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred. Essential skills include:
