About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead critical electrical projects remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial design and procurement through to installation and commissioning. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure projects meet stringent safety standards and regulatory compliance, and deliver them on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for complex electrical projects.
• Lead and mentor electrical engineering and technical teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure all projects adhere to the latest electrical codes and safety protocols.
• Utilize project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to track progress and resource allocation.
• Present project status reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in electrical project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity managing multi-million dollar projects.
• Proven expertise in electrical system design, installation, and commissioning of commercial, industrial, or utility-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and relevant local/state electrical codes and standards.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and software tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
