About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop single‑line diagrams, schematic designs, and layout plans for power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Perform load calculations, voltage drop analysis, and short‑circuit studies to validate design integrity.
- Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and process engineers to resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
- Maintain revision control, generate Bills of Materials (BOMs), and produce installation documentation.
- Assist in reviewing vendor submittals and conducting design checks for compliance with applicable codes.
- Participate in project kick‑off meetings, progress reviews, and client presentations via video conference.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design for commercial, industrial, or utility projects.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar CAD platforms; familiarity with Revit MEP is a plus.
- Solid understanding of NEC, IEC, and UL standards; ability to apply them to design work.
