About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical service strategies aligned with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of clinical managers, nurses, therapists, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Oversee credentialing, privileging, and ongoing competency assessment for all clinical personnel.
• Implement evidence‑based protocols, clinical pathways, and quality improvement projects.
• Analyze clinical data, utilization trends, and patient feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Collaborate with product, IT, and operations teams to optimize the telehealth user experience for both patients and providers.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state licensure, Medicare/Medicaid, and accreditation standards.
• Represent the organization in external forums, conferences, and payer negotiations.
• Manage budget, resources, and vendor relationships related to clinical services.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field; Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a director‑level role.
• Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary clinical teams in acute, post‑acute, or ambulatory settings.
• Deep knowledge of telehealth regulations, reimbursement models, and virtual care technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to drive decisions.
