About the Role

As our Director of Clinical Services, you’ll serve as the strategic leader responsible for ensuring exceptional patient outcomes across our integrated healthcare network. What You’ll Do

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related clinical field
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, including director-level responsibilities
• Proven track record of improving clinical outcomes and operational efficiency
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality metrics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making approach
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with electronic health record systems and clinical information systems
• Current RN license or relevant clinical licensure required

Salary Range

The compensation for this role reflects the senior level of responsibility and expertise required. The expected salary range is $145,000 – $185,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position also includes eligibility for annual performance bonuses and equity participation.
