About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform synchronous (live video) and asynchronous (photo/video review) teledentistry consultations.

• Document all encounters meticulously in our secure, cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) system.

Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated professional who meets the following criteria. This is a clinical role requiring a high degree of autonomy and excellent communication skills.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Active DDS or DMD license in good standing with at least one U.S. state dental board. You must be licensed in the state where you physically reside (your “home state”).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical dentistry experience post-graduation.
• Proficient ability to conduct a thorough oral examination via video and patient-submitted media.
• Reliable high-speed internet (>50 Mbps), a quiet, private home workspace, and a dedicated computer with a high-quality webcam and microphone.
• Basic to intermediate tech proficiency; willingness to master our proprietary teledentistry platform and integrated EHR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for patient education.

Preferred Attributes

• Previous experience with teledentistry, telehealth, or remote consults.
• Experience working within a Dental Service Organization (DSO) or large group practice.
• Familiarity with prescribing regulations (e.g., DEA license) and controlled substance guidelines for telehealth.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range
