About the Role: Your Impact from Home

You will become an integral part of our virtual care team, conducting synchronous (live video) and asynchronous (photo/video review) patient consultations. Your day will involve reviewing patient histories, performing remote oral cancer screenings, assessing periodontal health, creating detailed treatment plans in collaboration with our network of dentists, and providing personalized hygiene instruction. You will use our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to document all findings and communicate seamlessly with patients and providers. This role eliminates the physical chairside demands while maximizing your clinical expertise and patient interaction through a digital lens.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting thorough virtual patient assessments and periodontal charting.
• Identifying caries, gingivitis, and other oral pathologies via high-resolution imagery and live video.
• Developing individualized oral hygiene plans and providing dynamic patient education.
• Collaborating remotely with assigned dentists to finalize diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Maintaining meticulous, real-time electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
• Participating in team huddles and ongoing clinical training sessions.

What You Bring: Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Credentials & Experience:

• Active, unencumbered Dental Hygiene license in your state of U.S. residence.
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time clinical dental hygiene experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computers, web-based applications, and digital imaging tools.
• A dedicated, private home workspace that ensures patient confidentiality and meets all technical requirements (high-speed internet, quiet environment).
