About the Role

Your Day-to-Day as a Remote Delivery Professional

You will be the face of our company, responsible for the timely and safe delivery of packages and goods to residential and commercial clients across your designated zone. Using our proprietary routing app, you’ll plan efficient daily routes, handle package scanning and customer signatures, and provide exceptional service. This is a true remote position—there is no central office to report to. You start and end your day from your home, maximizing your time on the road and minimizing wasteful commutes. Your success is measured by on-time delivery rates, customer satisfaction scores, and safe driving practices.

Competitive Earnings & Salary Range

The annual base salary for this Remote Delivery Driver position ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 USD, depending on your experience, the specific route zone, and performance metrics. This is a W-2 employee position, and your earnings are supplemented by a robust performance incentive program. Requirements

We are looking for responsible, safety-conscious professionals who take pride in their work. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
• Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or van) that is insured, registered, and in good working condition (model year 2010 or newer preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proficiency with smartphones and GPS navigation apps.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Residency in the United States with authorization to work.

Previous delivery or courier experience is a plus but not required. We provide comprehensive paid training for qualified candidates.
