• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to a regional office for occasional on‑site support (within 200 miles).
