About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and dismantling of scaffolding, temporary structures, and job site fencing.
• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain various hand and power tools (e.g., hammers, drills, saws, concrete mixers).
• Load, unload, and distribute construction materials (lumber, concrete, asphalt, pipes) as directed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Familiarity with common construction tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site access.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
