Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• 7+ years of experience in commissioning, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
• Proven track record managing large-scale energy or industrial projects
• Expertise in commissioning processes, testing procedures, and quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with commissioning software and documentation systems
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, control systems, and instrumentation
• Experience with renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, battery storage)
• Knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial control networks
