About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, evidence-based therapeutic interventions (including individual and group therapy), crisis management, and consultation services. Requirements

• Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice clinical psychology in at least one U.S. state.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-doctoral experience in clinical practice, with demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy).
• Proven experience providing effective teletherapy services, including proficiency with secure telehealth platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and meticulous documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule effectively.
