About the Role

As a key member of our clinical team, you will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse client base. Your primary workspace will be your dedicated home office, using our proprietary platform to connect with clients via secure video conferencing. You will manage a caseload of 20-25 clients per week, participate in weekly clinical supervision and team meetings, and collaborate with psychiatrists and care coordinators to ensure holistic patient care. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, patient confidentiality, and the compassionate application of therapeutic modalities like CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic approaches in a virtual setting.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct initial diagnostic assessments and ongoing psychotherapy sessions for adults and/or adolescents.
• Develop and execute evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain meticulous, timely clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate actively in peer consultation groups and clinical team meetings.
• Adhere strictly to all ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and state licensure requirements.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a Clinical Psychologist in at least two U.S. states (or willingness to obtain licensure in additional states within 90 days of hire).
• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing direct psychotherapy.
• Proven experience and comfort with telehealth delivery, including managing crises and building rapport virtually.
• Strong proficiency with computers, video conferencing tools, and EHR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Board certification (ABPP) in Clinical Psychology or a specialty area.
• Experience with diverse populations and a range of mental health disorders (anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.).
• Familiarity with integrated care models and collaborating with medical professionals.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, growing telehealth or tech-enabled healthcare startup.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in compensating our clinicians fairly for their expertise and dedication. This is a full-time, exempt position.

Salary Range

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 – $115,000 USD per year, determined by experience, state licensure portfolio, and clinical expertise. Additionally, there is a quarterly performance-based bonus potential tied to clinical quality metrics and productivity.
