About the Role

You will manage a caseload of adult and adolescent clients presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews and diagnostic evaluations via telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using CBT, DBT, ACT, and other evidence‑based modalities.
• Provide weekly 45‑ to 60‑minute therapy sessions, adjusting frequency based on client progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic health record system.
• Participate in weekly case consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Engage in continuing education activities to stay current with best practices in telepsychology.
• Adhere to all state licensing requirements and professional ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA‑accredited program.
• Current, active license to practice psychology in at least one U.S. state; eligibility for licensure in additional states is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of post‑licensure experience providing individual psychotherapy.
• Proficiency with HIPAA‑secure video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom for Healthcare, Doxy.me).
• Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating mood, anxiety, and trauma‑related disorders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for telehealth interactions.
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload and maintain organized electronic records.
