About the Role

As a Remote Clinical Psychologist, you will serve as a cornerstone of our growing virtual mental health clinic. Your day will involve a balanced caseload of evidence-based individual therapy, potentially including group sessions and clinical supervision if you hold a psychology license that permits it. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments and formulate accurate DSM-5 diagnoses.
• Deliver individual psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, or other evidence-based modalities) to adults and/or adolescents.
• Develop and implement actionable, measurable treatment plans with patient goals.
• Maintain meticulous, timely clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in weekly team case consultations and clinical meetings.
• Adhere strictly to all ethical guidelines, state licensure regulations, and telehealth best practices.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Active License: Current, unrestrictedlicensed clinical psychologist license in at least one U.S. state. Ability and willingness to obtain additional state licenses is highly desirable and supported.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a direct patient care setting.
• Teletherapy Proficiency: Demonstrated experience providing effective therapy via video conferencing, including ability to build rapport and manage crisis situations remotely.
• Credentials: PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Malpractice: Current individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

$85,000 – $110,000 USD/year (based on full-time caseload of 25-30 patient hours/week, experience, and licensed states). Compensation is fee-for-service, with rates per patient session detailed during the interview process. There is significant earning potential as your patient panel grows.
