Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in healthcare coordination, case management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, insurance processes, and medical billing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport
• Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, remote work environment
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

$45,000 – $65,000 USD/year
