About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Attorney to join our rapidly growing remote legal team based in Florida. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary legal advisor for our clients, handling complex litigation matters, providing strategic counsel, and managing a diverse caseload. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement legal strategies that drive our clients’ objectives forward. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal representation and strategic advice to clients across Florida.
• Manage a full caseload of litigation matters, including case preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trial advocacy.
• Conduct legal research, analyze statutes and regulations, and draft persuasive legal documents (pleadings, briefs, motions, contracts).
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure seamless legal support.
• Maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and client confidentiality.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Current and active Florida Bar license.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in litigation, preferably in areas such as business disputes, contract litigation, or civil litigation.
• Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong understanding of Florida state and federal laws and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of success in courtroom settings.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
