About the Role

As a Remote Attorney, you will serve as a primary legal advisor and strategist for our diverse portfolio of clients, leveraging cutting-edge technology to manage cases efficiently from inception to resolution. You will collaborate with a distributed team of legal professionals, product developers, and client success managers to not only provide exceptional legal counsel but also to shape the tools and processes that define modern legal practice. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation for clients across various practice areas, primarily focusing on contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead case management from discovery through trial or settlement, utilizing our secure cloud-based platform for all document review, collaboration, and communication.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of contracts, licenses, and legal agreements with precision and speed.
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to develop innovative strategies for complex client matters.
• Partner with product teams to provide real-world legal insights that drive feature development and user experience design.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who combines outstanding legal credentials with a natural affinity for technology and remote collaboration.

You Must Have:

• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 3-5 years of substantive legal experience, preferably in a transactional, compliance, or litigation setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency with legal research databases (Westlaw, LexisNexis) and a high comfort level with SaaS tools, document automation, and virtual communication platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients and non-legal colleagues.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in compensating top talent competitively and equitably. For this role, we offer a salary range of $95,000 – $140,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. This is a W-2 employee position with a comprehensive benefits package designed for the modern professional.
